Lake Oswego Elder Law is dedicated to helping people of all ages to create safe and secure plans for the future. Our services include drafting powers of attorney and wills, administering revocable living trusts, petitioning the court for guardianship and conservatorship, and initiating probate proceedings. We have expertise in working with seniors diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease or suffering from other types of dementia, and can work with the family to protect them from self-neglect, elder abuse and financial exploitation. If abuse or exploitation has occurred, we are ready to go to court and fight for the safety and rights of the elder and their heirs. We always keep the emotional and financial cost of litigation in mind, however, and strive to negotiate or mediate resolutions whenever possible.

We are within a short drive of the cities of Tigard, Tualatin, Wilsonville, West Linn, Beaverton, Sherwood and Oregon City. Unlike many Portland elder law attorney offices, 0ur office has ample on-site free parking, and is in a one story building. House calls and hospital or care home visits are also available.
